Scheduled maintenance
We provide scheduled maintenance at regular intervals. This includes, not only, software updates to ensure your site is secure and stable, but also content checks. We look out for typos, broken links and any inconsistencies with layout, styles and fonts.
On completion we send you a report to show what we’ve done and highlight any problems we’ve found and provide recommendations for improvements.
Daily backups
Regular backups reduce the risk associated with security threats, so we ensure your site is backed up daily with copies of the last 90 days available. We can restore your site to a former state if it has been hacked, suffers a ransomware attack or content is accidentally deleted. Additionally, we perform test-restores during scheduled maintenance.
Content updates
We include a set number of hours of content updates in our maintenance contracts depending on your requirements. This helps budgeting so you’re not concerned about additional costs when you want content to be updated on your site.
Email & phone support
If you have any questions or a problem with your site you can contact us via email or phone. We aim to respond within 24 hours but have the flexibility to respond quicker depending on the severity of the problem.
Hosting
We provide hosting in collaboration with SiteGround but we only host websites that we have built for clients. Hosting this way allows you to benefit from some enhanced technical features as compared to having a hosting plan directly with SiteGround. Plus, of course, we will take care of any issues should they arise.
Hosting is currently £150 p.a.
Pricing
We do not have set pricing. We tailor pricing to the customer’s individual requirements. Annual prices are based on the size and complexity of the website along with the frequency of the scheduled checks and how many hours of content updates are included.
As an indicator for a simple information based site with around 5 pages with 2 hours of content updates, would cost £250-£300 p.a.

The brief for this project was to build a brand new website which captured and organised all the activities they offer. It needed to be scalable in line with projected business growth. Since completion we have been supporting Awesome Engineers with regular site updates, email support, Facebook marketing and recruitment campaigns and Dropbox use within the company.
Camp Primary and Nursery School
This project was to refresh an existing website for a local primary and nursery school. Once the site was built and made live, training was provided for 3 members of staff who are able to update the page contents. We are providing ongoing support, development and hosting of the site including termly technical software updates and site checks.
